I’m Roxy! I started this blog because I have entirely too much time on my hands between studying Mechanical Engineering, chasing my American Dingo and pestering my amazing boyfriend. /sarcasm
Mostly, I wanted to share what happens when I experiment in the kitchen with new recipes, or ones that I find online.
I have no formal training whatsoever in baking, or knitting or sewing, but I like to pretend like I know what I’m doing. I learn all of my lessons through setting things on fire, royally screwing things up, or just making a really ugly mitten.
